Overview

At CrazyLegz3D, every product is made to order through 3D printing — created specifically for each customer. Because of the custom nature of our work, most items are not eligible for return or refund once production has started.

We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase, and we’ll do our best to make things right if there’s an issue with the quality, accuracy, or condition of your order.

Eligibility for Returns or Refunds

Our refund and returns policy lasts 30 days from the date of delivery.

To be eligible for a return or reprint:

  • The item must be defective, damaged, or significantly different from what was ordered.
  • You must contact us within 30 days with photos and a detailed description of the issue.
  • Items must be unused and in the same condition you received them.

We do not accept returns or refunds for:

  • Custom 3D prints that were accurately made to your specifications
  • Items that have been used, altered, or damaged after delivery
  • Digital 3D model files (if applicable)
  • Gift cards or promotional items

Refund Process

Once your return or refund request is reviewed, we will notify you by email about the approval or rejection of your claim.

If approved:

  • Refunds will be processed to your original method of payment within 5–10 business days.
  • In some cases, we may offer a reprint or store credit instead of a refund.

Late or Missing Refunds

  1. Check your bank or card account again.
  2. Contact your credit card company — it may take additional time to post.
  3. Contact your bank, as processing times may vary.
  4. If you’ve done all this and still haven’t received it, email us at support@crazylegz3d.com.

Exchanges

We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need an exchange for the same item, email us at support@crazylegz3d.com with your order number and photos of the issue.

Shipping Returns

If your return is approved, you will receive the return shipping address via email. Please note:

  • Customers are responsible for return shipping costs.
  • Shipping fees are non-refundable.
  • We recommend using a trackable shipping service or shipping insurance.

Custom & Special Orders

Because 3D prints are made specifically for each customer, orders cannot be canceled or refunded once printing has begun. Please double-check all sizes, dimensions, colors, and design files before finalizing your order.
